God made us to connect with one another, but connections don't just happen on Sundays and Wednesdays. At First Baptist, we wanted to find a tool to help us easily connect with one another in real time no matter where we are. That search led us to Realm Connect! Realm Connect allows you to connect with your groups, sign up for events, update family information, find a friend's phone number that go misplaced, and even receive notifications from the church about upcoming needs and activities.

What is Realm Connect?

Realm Connect is an online ministry tool designed for real time connection. It helps the First Baptist family stay connected to one another. Realm Connect allows you to manage your personal information and who is allowed to see it. Realm Connect also lets you keep in touch with your small groups and register for events.

Why should I sign up for Realm Connect?

Being the church doesn't just happen at church on Sundays and Wednesdays. Realm Connect helps everyone stay connected from anywhere at any time, right from our mobile phones. It also helps us stay organized so that you can stay informed about all the First Baptist news as well as the opportunities for fellowship and ministry. When we share life together, we grow together better.

What about my privacy?

Your privacy is one of our greatest concerns. Realm Connect involves only people who are involved with First Baptist Church. It is not like a social network that is open to everyone. Realm Connect keeps your information safe and secure by giving you control of what information you share and who can see it.

How do I get started in Realm Connect?

Getting started in Realm Connect is easy! Simply follow the simple steps below to join the Realm Connect community!

Click here to set up a Realm Connect login and begin creating your profile. You will need to finish creating your profile in your web browser (like Chrome, Safari, etc.) before going to Step 2.
Download the Realm Connect mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Youre Realm Connect login works on your computer and on your mobile device, so when you sign into Realm Connect, use the same login you created in Step 1.
When prompted, we encourage you to allow all notifications (push notifications) from the Realm Connect app. This will allow you to receive notifications from the church, your Bible study groups, or other groups with which you are involved.
Navigate to "My Profile" to manage your privacy settings. We encourage you to allow others in the church to view your profile.
Look through and update your information. If we have an old email address, this is the perfect time to correct it. If you prefer to receive your mail at a PO Box rather than at home, add a mailing address. If we don't have it, add your birthday, so our church family can be sure to encourage you on your special day.
