A week seems to be such a short period of time. After all, a week is only 168 hours. It is true. A week is a very short time, and often a week will pass by unnoticed and without impact. Not all weeks, however, are so seemingly unimportant. So much can change in only a week. In fact, the entire course of history and eternity was turned upside down during one week almost 2,000 years ago. This final week of Jesus’ life on earth radically changed everything everyone understood about Him and His mission. From the reckless worship of being anointed with fine perfume to the questions about the greatest commandment to the tears of Gethsemane to the empty tomb, this week revealed beyond question who Jesus is, and this changes everything!
We invite you to join us beginning Sunday, March 12 for a very special journey through the final week of Jesus’ life on earth during this Easter season. This season is a time of joy and reflection, a time of mourning and celebration. This year the week of Easter will be filled with several opportunities for you to celebrate, worship, and better understand the power of Jesus’ sacrifice. We can’t wait to celebrate this season with you because this changes everything!
